Composition: Ground floor: laundry/bicycle garage. 1st floor: living room opening onto terrace with kitchen A/E, separate toilet and shower room. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed on the mezzanine and a 90 cm bed, and the third with 2 90 cm beds with a 3rd 90 cm bed in the drawer), bathroom with toilet. Unfenced garden.

The exterior of the house features a charming garden with well-maintained greenery and a patio area under a canopy. A barbecue station and a large picnic table are present, providing a welcoming space for outdoor meals.

Lérat beach is family oriented with lifeguards during the high season. The “chemin des douaniers” (customs officers track) starts at the beach. Easy parking right next to the house. Tennis courts, pétanque court opposite. Numerous restaurants, markets, supermarkets and cinemas. Numerous villages on the Guérande peninsula to visit.

This old and atypical house, very colorful and ideally located on the port, will welcome you on its 130 m² between the first and second floor. From all the rooms, beautiful view of the harbor and the sea, very nice location, 100 meters from the beaches. The house is in the heart of Piriac-sur-mer, a small authentic seaside village that smells of Brittany. On site, no need to take your car, all the shops are close by on foot. The market and the beaches too.
