Kauniilla ja viihtyisällä huoneistolla on huikea sijainti Hämeenpuistossa Työväenteatteria vastapäätä. Vain kiven heiton päässä Laukontorita ja keskustasta. Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Asunnossa on moottoroitu parisänky ja vuodesohva (n.120cm), iso televisio, netti, pimennysverhot, tuuletin sekä viilennyslaite. Valoisa hyvin varusteltu keittiö.

Villa Sairio: vanhan ajan idylliä HML asemantakana

Sairio: oikeasti lähellä. Meille kävelet rautatieasemalta, ja meiltä kävelet uimaan. Pääsee meille bussillakin, ja omalla autolla. Talomme on v:lta 1929, mutta huoneisto on remontoitu 2018. Huoneessa on sängyt 2 aikuiselle ja 1 lapselle. Varapatja löytyy tarvittaessa. Pienessä keittiössä nautit aamukahvit ja iltapalat. Oma tilava kylppäri. Rehevä piha tarjoaa tilaa oleskeluun. Käytössä on kesällä terassi ruokaryhmineen ja riippumattoineen.

Rivitalo kaksio saunalla

Tervetuloa viihtyisään rivitalokaksioon rauhalliselle Puistonmäen alueelle. Nauti saunan lämmöstä sekä isosta lasitetusta parvekkeesta. Asunnossa kattava keittiövarustus ja grillausmahdollisuus. Ilmalämpöpumppu ja lattialämmitys tuo helteisiin sekä kylmiin ilmoihin mukavuutta. Asunnon ympärillä loistavat lenkkeilymahdollisuudet järvimaisemin.
