Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Jääkylpymahdollisuus 25 euron lisämaksusta (5.8.2024–>).

55m² light and spacious lakeside apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, own sauna, a large lakeview balcony and 300M WiFi. 15min to the city centre by bus/car (free parking places next to the apartment). 200m to a grocery store and 1km to 24h supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tableware etc. Bed sheets and towels are included. Cute studio upstairs in a wooden house + parking space

Peaceful and cozy studio apartment on the top floor of a wooden front man house. You can use the apartment as a base, for example, during the events, as it is a walk from the apartment (about 10min) to Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre. Buses 30 and 32 to Tampere city center are next door, and the journey time is about 15 minutes. The apartment has its own exit and staircase, and therefore its own peace. Free parking is available in the yard. The host family lives in the building.

Sisäänkirjautuminen on helppoa ja kätevää, ei stressiä kiirehtiä tapaamaan isäntää avaimen saamiseksi. Sijainti on upea. Kävelymatkan päässä keskustan palveluista ja nähtävyyksistä. Pysäköinti on ilmaista illasta aamuun arkisin klo 18-8 välisenä aikana, ja sunnuntaina koko päivän. Muina aikoina vyöhyke 2 parkkimaksu (2e/t).

Everything you need nearby, including shopping center Veska, Citymarket and Prisma 24/7, Lidl, Sale. Downtown Tampere about 6 km, airport about 11 km, Exhibition and Sports Centre I walk in the backyard, Nokia Arena 4.5km, Härmälänranta approx. 1km. Note! The apartment is located in Toivonkuja. Map view different, can't change it anymore.

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
