The Print Rocks are within 2 km, as well as the Děčín Snowshopper and more. The location is suitable for nature trips, hiking, climbing, cycling.

The villa is located within the castle wall of Pillnitz Castle or the walls of the old ones. Historically, the royal wooden storage space was located on the property, framed from 2.50 to 4 m high natural stone walls, which still offer them great privacy today, without outside inspection.
