A gem in the Skellefteå archipelago.

A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Guest house on small island, nice sea view

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant calm on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Outside, there is a jacuzzi that is 38 degrees year-round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. In winter, we can arrange guided snowmobile tours and ice fishing.

10 minutes from central Skellefteå in Boviksbadet, you will find peace and quiet, forest and nature. The cottage is 35 square meters with a double bed, kitchen and private bathroom with shower. Access to crib, high chair, broadband and 42-inch TV with HDMI cable. Sea view from the kitchen window and outside the door, a private terrace. On the plot, there is a wood-fired sauna that you can use for a fee. There has never been any smoking or pets in the house, allergy-friendly. Country of Stones Guesthouse near the Sea!

Kom och upplev lugnet i detta lummiga boende, med plats för 4 personer samt extra för små barn. Boendet består av en etta/studio med kökshörna, duschrum och bäddsoffa samt en sovstuga med 2 bäddar. Finn olika aktiviteter; som att vandra efter älven, vandra i skogen och upp på ett berg med utsikt över havet. Eller på närliggande 5-stjärniga Byske Vardagsrum under dagen och sovrum på natten. Det betyder att det det är ett rum med bäddsoffa. Intill finns det en Friggbod med 2 90x200 sängar.

Airy one-roomer with AC and beautiful sea view

Just 10 minutes from Skellefteå is our guest house which is bright, airy and inviting! Dog is welcome but not cat due to allergy. The cottage has large windows to the horizon and is decorated with what you need. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick box spring. From it you also have a view of the pier from which brave guests usually take a dip. Want a separate bedroom so please ask! Most of the time we can arrange it! It is next door to a bed 160 cm wide.

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)
