Holiday rentals with beach access in Pitve

Great location! Amazing being so close to the beach. A little squishy for a group of 5 but we made it work.

I had a wonderful stay at Juraj’s place for the weekend! He was a kind, responsive host, and everything was clean and looks just like the photos. The location was also very close to the port, the sea, and the downtown of Jelsa. I will be staying here again next time I go to Jelsa!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

We had a great time at this beautiful place and already miss it! The house is very close to the beach and has a pool, so we always had the chance to go swimming (which is great for warm summer days). Every apartment in the house has its own patio and everything was clean and furnished with love. Our contact person was welcoming and we always had the chance to contact her. The communication with the hosts was great, too and they made us feel welcome at their home.

There were two of us for a few days in this wonderful apartment. We arrived by car and were able to park directly at the apartment. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt immediately comfortable. The apartment was perfectly clean, equipped with everything you could wish for and everything as described. It is much nicer in reality than in the photos. Communication with Filip and his mom was great. The beach and the blue sea in front of the balcony is simply fantastic. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you for the hospitality!

The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had the most wonderful days in Villa Agave - what an extraordinary and calm place! It is really impressing to have a beautiful beach with cristal clear water so close, and although the water was of course a bit chilly in October we swam a lot. The shallow Milna bay is perfect as well with kids as also for swimmers. Zaglav beach also is wonderful and only a 15 minutes walk around the corner. Andrea and Matija were always quick with answers and helped us a lot with good recommendations and tipps. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We loved staying at Slaven’s place near Vela Luka. It was an amazing, tranquil location with no one else around. The best part was swimming in the crystal clear water right next to the house. Like other reviewers have said - we’d love to keep this special place secret. Korcula is a beautiful island and the old town is absolutely stunning. We loved that due to the islands remote location the island remains fairly quiet even in the height of summer. Slaven was an absolutely fantastic host and really made us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this location enough!

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful host and a great place to stay!!

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

This was the perfect spot for our 10 day visit . The beach is at the bottom of a flight of steps and the bus stop to Split is literally across the road. Got a little lost finding it in an Uber but the hosts came and found us ! They were very friendly and always there to help if we needed it . Highly recommend for beach and city break.

From greeting to cleanliness ,tidiness, and kindness, everything is more than perfect. All recommendations for a place to stay ! We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! We spent three fantastic days on Hvar. Frane was a fantastic host. He messaged us a couple of days before arrival and offered to help us with luggage from the ferry. This was appreciated as it is a few minutes climb up steps to the apartment which has a tremendous view. It's only 5 or 6 minutes from the promenade and nearest beach but is in a peaceful area. The apartment is extremely nice. Kitchen had just been refurbished and is fully equipped for self catering. The living room seemed larger than shown in the photo. The balcony view is incredible and is south facing so has the sun almost all day. Frane gave us some helpful information as we arrived and was responsive when we had any question but otherwise left us alone. But on departure day he again helped us with luggage. All in all perfect accommodation with an excellent host.

I highly suggest a stay here at vila ivano! Sun spalato! Close to beach, easy parking, quick communication - 10/10 !

We had a wonderful holiday at Josipa's place. She is a very good host and always eager to meet all expectations. She is always available and immediately helps with any problems and requests. The location of the apartment is great, you walk across the street and you are already by the sea. A terrace where you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the view of the sea is included. Very close are a bistro ( Val), which we highly recommend and a bit further there are different shopping opportunities in both directions. In the apartment is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, only 1 room is a little clairvoyant... to the nearest neighbors. Everything else is great.

I hardly dare to leave such a good review, otherwise the likelihood that the place is fully booked the next time we want to come 🙈 The 4 weeks in Luka's apartment were really super nice! The apartment is very nice, the location is great and Luka is a very accommodating host! There was even a welcome treat for our dog who really enjoyed the floor heating in the kitchen 😊 We will definitely be happy to come back! PS: the wifi is even much faster than Luka says.

Do not hesitate to book this place! Maja was awesome when it came to checking in and out, the place itself was gorgeous and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was not only beautiful but had perfect water pressure! The house is a 20min walk from the center and the views are so amazing the walk feels much less! As for the views, they are to die for! You also have access to the water right in front of the house. We loved this space and will 100% be booking again if we ever come back.

Perfect getaway in a fantastic place to stay! Our 8 nights in this AirBnB apartment was just amazing! The quiet and peaceful location immediately relaxed us. The apartment was sparkling clean and perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The hosts were extremely friendly and communication went smoothly. Just made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the tranquility and cozy atmosphere and highly recommend this place. An ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! 💙

Amazing. Feel that Erika explained everything very well. One thing that stood out was how much Erika provided to make our stay more comfortable. There were beers in the fridge and coffee waiting for us. There were beach towels and inflatables for kids. This place Is prefect for families of 6 or less. Steep hill and steps to the property from the beach but more than worth it for that view. Thanks again Erika
