Welcome to my superb duplex apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. The apartment is located in a luxury residence called "Le Patio des Artistes". Open the first door and you'll find yourself in a beautiful courtyard with a green wall, a real haven of peace in the middle of this lively district. This large 95m2 3-room former artist's studio can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the 1st floor with elevator. You'll find : - A large, bright living room with open kitchen, dining area, sitting area with sofa bed, trundle bed, and wifi. - On the second floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms with a 160cm bed and a 140cm bed, storage space and access to a quiet courtyard. - The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, hob, toaster, oven, microwave - Large, modern bathroom with bathtub - Toilets on the first floor and upstairs in the bathroom A hairdryer and washing machine are also available. The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
