Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour une seule personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Studio du Lac is located on the Belle-ferme estate. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic building dating from the 19th century. The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. the apartment offers you a magnificent view of Lake Geneva as well as the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.

Fully equipped studio apartment. Welcoming with its 22m2 space offers a feeling of timeless comfort created for special moments and a peaceful stay. Its 140x200cm double bed guarantees quality sleep. By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. Payment methods : Cash or via Airbnb's resolution center.
