Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

In the heart of Val au Cesne, we welcome you to our thatched cottage, a traditional Norman house, which extends over a park of 8000 m2. 🌳 The cottage is adjacent to our house. 🏠 The plus✨: ➡️Wooded park in which our animals live that you can feed directly by hand. La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!
