Located ten minutes from the beach in the centre of Plougasnou... in the middle of a big property this small two - story house faces a large house. There are also 3 private entrances (with no neighbours) giving to a terrace and a big garden . Parking- lot. Beautiful landscapes ..... Numerous walks ( G34) beaches, riding, hiking, boat-excursions nautical sports ..... Medical Center, Super -market, Tourist- office -Markets. Owner: English speaking fluently.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. The beaches on foot, fishing on foot, less than 50m, the cafe of the port, the restaurant and the direct sale of fish by the fishermen. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Ideally located on the coast to enjoy the quiet as a couple, with family or friends. The cottage has a private entrance and enclosed garden/terrace, the spa is also private and accessible year-round. The bed is made before your arrival, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided as well as a mattress topper for the sofa bed.

THE LONGERE BY THE SEA ON GR 34

the house is located at the end of our Breton farmhouse. Independent entrance. On the ground floor, a living room with sink, fridge, electric stove, washing machine, TV. Upstairs, the bedroom all in woodwork and the bathroom (large shower, sink and toilet). NB: in 2023 we transformed what was a room with amenities into a real small cottage. Breakfast is no longer included. Pets not allowed
