This apartment is very functional, well equipped, clean with a very nice terrace. Marie Claude is very friendly. Everything is clear and well explained by the owner. The garden is very beautiful and perfectly maintained. The only small concern was the lack of discretion of our neighbors on the left (by placing it opposite the entrance to the studio): she was very very talkative (a crying voice), not seem to care about the presence of neighbors! The tenants on the right were very discrete and respectful.
