We had a 3 night stay at Charlotte's apartment and loved it. The lift to the 4th floor was a bonus, and the remaining floor was easy to navigate. The space was great, clean, and quiet, with plenty of natural light. One surprise was the building hosted Napoleon Bonaparte in 1796, and another was Prince for a couple of scenes in the movie "Under the Cherry Moon" in the 1990's. Would happily stay again.

A lovely stay! The location is really convenient—just a short walk to the seaside. The place was clean and tidy, which made it feel comfortable right away. The floor-to-ceiling window was great for enjoying the evening atmosphere too.

What a wonderful apartment in a great area! Lucas made sure we had all the information we needed and was quick with a response if we had a question. Easy to find, clean, private & close to everything. The sweet owner, Michelle, even introduced herself! It was one of our best vacations! Dana & Lyle

What a fabulous find! This really is the perfect pad to explore Nice from, and has a wonderful host in Nicolas who made everything so easy and welcoming. Besides the great location, the apartment is so quiet considering you’re in the heart of Nice and gas everything you need to help you enjoy your stay. We loved the easy access to the market (a definite must for foodies), the beach, the botanical gardens and central Nice for shopping. Whilst there’s a local Spar shop, it’s very expensive!! For food shopping we enjoyed walking through the old town each evening to the Monoprix on Av. Saint-Sebastian and stocking up. Great range of food and drink and much cheaper than the Spar! For a couple visiting Nice, we cannot think of a better place to stay.
