Welcome to your top floor ocean view vacation spot. This ocean front studio has all you need for a true vacation. Across the street from North Beach. During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is 1.5 mile down the road. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and queen-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo. No cable, a smart TV with apps.

With two outdoor living spaces to enjoy the summer weather, this house also has a washer/dryer and wi-fi, dining table for 8, and 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.
