Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 95 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.
