This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

It's a beautiful well-kept home in a nice neighbourhood. Joyce is a gracious host, and a pleasure to talk to. She left treats for our dog and fresh farm eggs for us. The Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. Thanks Joyce.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

This was my very first airbnb i have ever stayed in. Went to Philadelphia to take my daughters to The Sturniolo Triplets tour The Airbnb was exactly the same as described. Very beautiful place! Had a wonderful experience…

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and clean. The house was stocked with basic cooking amenities, and bathroom items. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. The stairs to the front door and laundry area are steep. If looking to rent this house, make sure your party is okay with stairs! Overall 5 stars, Richard was responsive when we needed him, and helped us get back into the house when the lock wasn’t working. (It was Easter Sunday, and he still responded right away)

The home is beautiful, very clean, in an excellent location, with an easy to access driveway (not steep), and a very responsive host. The large kitchen, game room, theater room, and plenty of space to spread out was wonderful! Our family had an excellent stay!

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was great. Very clean and modern house. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay in Bayse. My husband worked at the resort years ago so he was very excited to share this place with our three little ones. The media room downstairs was incredibly helpful for keeping them busy. We loved making smores on the firepit and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. A quick walk to Lake Laura, ice cream, and a fun brewery. The perfect mix of peaceful relaxation and fun.

We stayed for about 6 weeks. Great floor plan, plenty of space & privacy! Friendly neighbors. Short walk to stores & car wash. Hosts very responsive & flexible. Thoughtfully decorated. Instructions were spot on making home easily accessible & more than functional. Anything we needed the hosts were very gracious accommodating our family needs and wants! Friendly neighbors even made friends with a rooster hitching a ride to its permanent home. Highly recommend and will def suggest to anyone who has a large family or just needs plenty of space! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Chattanooga! The place was spotless and had everything we needed, especially with two young kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with every coffee-making device you can imagine, plus coffee pods, tons of cups, and even seasonings. The upstairs movie room was a highlight—our kids loved snuggling up with us to watch movies. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. We felt so safe and comfortable, especially with little ones. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, and the beds were super comfy. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled amazing! We truly wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely check if this place is available the next time we're in Chattanooga!

Originally we were suppose to stay at a different house that I booked with them but the day of check in about 2 hours before, we had to be moved to another house. Host was very responsive and communicated the no hot water issue with the first property. It was a bit inconvenient however we ended up enjoying our stay at the second property anyways. I liked that the first floor was very open, everything was clean and my favorite part of the house was the movie theater set up in the basement.

This condo was very nice - well furnished with comfortable beds and all the essentials in the kitchen. The balcony has a great, clear view of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating. Just be aware that the Sea Watch is a HUGE building (as most of them are in this part of town) and therefore the beach/pool/elevators are very busy and crowded. There were people camped out at all the "front row" spots on the beach before we even finished coffee--a bit of a bummer when you get to the beach and can't get near the ocean because of all the "campsites" with no people in them. The water in OC is also VERY cold (although apparently not always that way in August). The place is very convenient for walking to the beach, and we had no problem finding parking when we drove down to the boardwalk/amusement park in the busier part of town. A great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at different condos in Branson 3 to 4 times a year for the past 4 years. This was our favorite place yet! Everything was clean, well laid out, and well stocked! All of the extras, from makeup remover cloths, to extra toiletries in the bathroom really made the stay nice! We will definitely use Chad again!

We came to Branson for a bachelors party and absolutely loved the condo we stayed in! It was super spacious for the 13 of us and we felt right at home! There’s nothing better than watching a football game in the theater and then grilling burgers on the back deck with a view of the lake! Would totally recommend and would love to come back! Thanks a ton!!!

We’ve stayed at Seawatch for many years so we’re already familiar with the great location. The condo was exactly as described and was a great place for our family. Would definitely book again.

Rodrigo’s place was beautiful and in a superb location! There were a few hiccups in the beginning but Rodrigo made every effort to fix the issues as swiftly as possible. The apartment has many great details such as towel warmers and two balconies. The hotel itself had some really awesome amenities such as an indoor pool and a movie theater. There is also beach access behind the hotel. We had a great experience at Rodrigo’s and I highly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Ocean City Maryland!

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to kick off our girls trip! Josiah’s place was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for the five of us, the comfiest beds ever, and so many fun extras like games and a huge TV. Josiah was an incredible host! He was quick to respond and super clear with communication. The location felt safe, was easy to find, and everything about the home matched the description exactly. Truly a 5+ star stay! We would absolutely book again!
