For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Waking up in the morning sun - Waking up under the morning sun… The house is located just outside the beautiful town center of St. Johann im Pongau on a hill at an altitude of about 700 meters and you have a wonderful panoramic view over the whole valley. By car, however, you can reach everywhere quickly: Discount grocery stores (Hofer, Norma) - 5 min. St. Johann im Pongau city center - 10 minutes Train station - 10 min. Sportwelt Amade - 15 min.

The apartment consists of an anteroom, bathroom and separate toilet. 2 bedrooms in the apartment and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker and kettle.) Towels and linen provided. Terrace and balcony overlooking the Salzachtal, located directly on the ski slope of Sportwelt Amade. Quiet location at 1000 m above sea level overlooking Hochkönig and Heukareck.

Das zu 100% aus Holz gebaute Haus bietet jeglichen Luxus trotz minimalistischen Platzangebot. Das Haus besticht mit einer guten Lage im Top Ski- und Wandergebiet St. Johann im Pongau/Alpendorf. Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
