Independent apartment at the back of an old Bugiste farm in the middle of woods and fields, you will have an excellent stay. Walks from the trail that runs alongside the house, discovering the Hauteville plateau or observing wild animals from the balcony, you will inevitably find something unforgettable here.

For a relaxing holiday: 45€/night for 2 people, and 15 €/night per extra person, pleasant accommodation, located on the first floor of our house, in a small traditional village at 850 m altitude (see internet "plateau-hauteville" or "Champdor.jimdo"). Enjoy with your children the bathing of Champdor at 800 m. Gate for children of 3-10 years in a closed courtyard (under the supervision of parents). Access to west facing terrace. Bicycles+helmets ready for 2 adults and 1 child possible.

70 m2 stone house in the heart of a hamlet

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

Located on the edge of Valromey and the Retord plateau, 15 minutes from the Plans d'Hotonnes, 5 minutes from the Nordic site of Praille, we welcome you in a bourgeois house from the beginning of the 19th century on the heights of the village of Ruffieu at 750 m altitude. You will enjoy breakfast while admiring the sunrise over the Haut mountains Valromey, in a bright and warm setting, completely renovated by the hosts. Ideal for a small family looking for calm and serenity.

You will be 1.5 km from the alpine ski slopes. You can visit our shepherd friends a 5-minute walk away and discover their activities according to the seasons.

Le jour de votre arrivée dès le studio du brochy est prêt je vous envoie le code de la boîte à clés ainsi que toutes les informations nécessaires pour accéder à l appartement.

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
