Beachfront holiday rentals in Platja de la Patacona

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

The flat was very clean and with great location near the beach you have to just cross two streets. There is also near the flat a great shop Mercadona with everything you need. Also bus stops and metro is in 5 min from the flat. Great owner who is very helpful and always in touch.

The view of the sea is wonderful. The morning sun opens right in front of the balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the time there and we had the beach almost to ourselves. However, the village of El Perello itself is still not very busy in April and consists almost entirely of new buildings. The communication with Noelia was awesome - she takes great care of the well-being of her guests. The bus stop (line 25 to Valencia Porta de la Mar) is about ten minutes walk.

Great place in a lovely location. Flat was clean and really well equipped. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby and very close to the beach.

We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.

We had a very nice time in Cabanyal. David's apartment in an old, renovated fisherman's house is not super modern, but cozy, quaint and has everything you need. The location is really very good. On the one hand, quietly located, on the other hand both close to the sea/beach, as well as to good restaurants and shopping. The public transport to move within the city is very good and very cheap (tip: buy SUMA card in the tabacco: 10 cards for the first time 6 euros/reload 10 tickets for 4 euros) Davide is a very kind and accommodating host. When he checked in at 10.30 pm, he personally welcomed us. For questions during our vacation, he was always available via Whats App and responded super quickly. In person, he also stopped by to help us with a park violation. We can fully recommend Davide and his apartment!

A very nice place to stay that I recommend to everyone. Direct location on the beach. Shopping is right around the corner, about a 300 m walk. The beach is very clean.

Antonio was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we made our booking- helping arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport with a baby seat, and then during our stay including finding a shop that sells a pram as we had forgotten ours! The apartment is less than 5 mins walk from the beach, which is beautiful and has plenty of restaurants along the front. Antonio also provided a local guide with recommendations, some of which we visited and would highly recommend! The place was clean, and there were lots of amenities provided including kitchen roll & spray, shampoo & shower gel, dishwasher tablets & washing machine liquid- all of these are super helpful when staying for a week or so and you don’t want to buy these from the supermarket! There are 2 convenience stores in the building and also a supermarket about a 25 min walk away. Would definitely stay again

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised. Maria Amparo was very friendly, super responsive, made us feel at home. I definitely recommend.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Great place and nice host

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

Fabulous location with lots of restaurants a short walk away. House was spotless and very roomy. Had everything we needed!

We had a very good time in the airbnb:) Rocío did a great job with the apartment, and the back terrace is amazing — perfect for sunbathing! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so the location is excellent.

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need to spend the stay. Regarding the area it seemed very accessible and beautiful, it was 10 minutes by car from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! To note that we had a barbecue to which we gave a lot of use and for our taste the best of the stay. The host at all times has been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more when the weather is good. The only thing I could improve is that there is no wifi as he clearly indicates in the listing and for longer stays would be fine.

At Rosana's, you can feel good! Everything was perfect for our family holiday. The apartment is beautiful, the modern kitchen there is space as on the large terrace with the little extra! The podium with sea view (ideal for morning coffee or a few aperitif beers). A door separates us from the beach is great! There is a very chill & surf atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the easy house To be repeated without hesitating

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely anything a family could need during their stay, very clean and the location is just perfect. Aitor is a great host, very responsive and helpful, offers very precise and clear instructions and in our case, he even helped us with an early check-in. Highly recommend him!

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!
