The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a large terrace with views of the sea and Ponent Beach. On the roof of the building, there is a communal area with a sun terrace and two swimming pools. NEW FOR 2026: This year we are launching some improvements to the accommodation: we have renovated all the access doors to the terrace and the living room has been updated with a new sofa.
