Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

The apartment is situated in the country side and ideal for 2 adults or for a small family with up to 2 children. The pretty, old town of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants may be reached by foot in about 5 min. The next beach can be reached in 15 - 20 min by foot. During the winter months you can heat our cosy apartment with the cast iron oven. All the fire wood needed we provide free of charge.
