Our old farm building shines in new splendor and offers a great, spacious 40 m² 2-room attic apartment with good flair. There is a large kitchen-living room that is fully furnished with a TV, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed made entirely of solid wood. We have fast Wi-Fi and parking available. The apartment has a great terrace with great views in beautiful Vischgau. It is a good starting point for beautiful hikes and 5 minutes from the village center.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Appartement St. Valentin bei Trauttmansdorff

Our completely newly renovated apartment in Merano/St. Valentin is located in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. A bus stop is just 3 minutes walk. The associated basement compartment is at your disposal at your disposal and can be used, for example, to store bikes/skis, etc., or to invite e-bikes. An electric petrol station with 2 parking spaces is about 5 minutes away on foot.

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

The flat is new, tastefully furnished and has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher and microwave. You are welcome to leave your car in our car park free of charge.
