Nyere feriehus i moderne og koselig stil. Ett fullt møblert hjem med fokus på gode senger,dyner,uteområder,møbler og klimaanlegg på alle rom. Det er takparasoll på takterrassen samt parasoll utenfor stuen. Basseng ligger 10 meter fra vår eiendom Huset ligger i et stille og avskjermet boligområde som er barnevennlig. Det er kun eiere av boligene som kommer seg inn med bilen i området. Det er en port på utsiden. Barnevennlig. Kort vei til badestrender, matbutikker, restauranter, golfbaner, etc.

Our house is located right in the center of the natural area of Campoamor and surrounded by a pine forest just 7-8 minutes from the beach, just five minutes by car from the famous golf courses in the area and very close to Zenia Boulevard shopping mall. The house has 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and separate kitchen, laundry room and also outside with a nice private pool, barbecue area and a small garden. The neighborhood is calm and pleasant. Tourist License VT-481433-A.
