Very bright and functional new loft with private terrace and private access to the building. Located in a very quiet residential area and close to the main street of shops. We are 5 minutes from the Old Town and 10 minutes from Playa de los Lances, from the terrace you can see the sea. Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped, full kitchen, towels, sheets and blankets for four people. Ideal apartment for couples or up to four people.

After 3.00pm the keys are deposited in a lockbox located next to the gate (before entering the patio). Check-in at 3.00 pm and check-out at 11.00 am.
