The apartment is located in the new Seaview reserve of Elhigueron near the trainstation of Carvajal. This unique place has a style all its own. Incredible seaview and carefully selected interior design. The location can not be better as the trainstation is a 1 minute walk away. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10mins walk. Guests should be aware there is a short but relatively steep hill to walk up from the train station to the entrance.

A modern living area features a spacious sofa and a flat-screen TV. Large glass doors provide access to a terrace with seating, where lush plants and views of the surrounding area can be observed. Natural light fills the room from the expansive windows.

It’s stunning views of the ocean can be enjoyed not only outdoors but also from the big and spacious living room/ dining room and kitchen. It offers everything you need for your stay. It has privet parking that is indoors and has its own elevator access from the apartment for a little extra privacy. The beach and stores are 1 kilometer away aprox. Renting a car is recommended.
