Guests will enjoy a wonderful private terrace with stunning views of the sea and the entire beach. On said terrace of about 23 square meters, equipped with hammocks, umbrella and an outdoor dining table, you can enjoy the sun as well as the sunrises, while enjoying a good breakfast. Both the bedroom and lounge have direct ocean views and direct access to the terrace, both equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge, freezer, electric coffee machine, Nespresso and Italian, microwave, hob, toaster, electric water heater for infusions, electric buzzer, crockery, oven, etc. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer, ironing board and ironing machine, towels for the beach and a beach fridge are also provided. Free private parking is offered on the property. Ocean View Penthouse II offers its customers upon arrival, and completely free of charge: bottle of wine, bottle of cava, beers, water with and without gas, fruit juices, a selection of tea, non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks), fruit basket and other snacks.

Situated in the heart of the town Gran Tarajal, you will find this bright apartment with spectacular ocean and beach views. The apartment has two bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate four people. The living room is very spacious, with a 55inch SmartTv and a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, washing machine and drier. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the main windows of the room and catch a memorable sunset directly from the comfort of the sofa. The apartment design is a modern one, so that your stay at Casa Playa Chica can be an unforgatable experience. * On Fridays and Saturdays, until October 2026, there may be increased nighttime activity in the surrounding area due to the proximity of a leisure venue that is independent from the accommodation.

All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. The vacation home also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening.

Brisa Mar is an accommodation located right on Gran Tarajal beach that offers a spectacular view. It is located on the same promenade, which offers restaurants, terraces and a pleasant walk to the sports pier. This apartment has all the comforts that a client might want to make their vacation a wonderful time and enjoy its ocean views and all the services that the village offers such as: supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, etc.
