Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa de los Alemanes

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

Maria and her family are endlessly sweet, kind, and helpful with us. The apartment is well equipped, accessible and has a nice view of the sea from the terrace. There are many wonderful beaches on the seafront of Torrevieja. The apartment is separated by a street from the nearby beach. There are also many cultural; leisure; sports opportunities in the city for active relaxation. We were in town for Easter week. Everything was wonderful! Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

This house by the sea is a charm and also very spacious and comfortable . The garden overlooking the mer is wonderful. We've had a great time.

Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is quiet but just a few steps from the beach and some great cafes, bars and restaurants. The parking was a bonus and requires a bit of manoeuvring if you have a large car but is very close and secure. Very well equipped.

This place is just perfect. The views are so amazing and we could never get bored of them. The apartment is so tastefully decorated and the furnishings are so lovely and modern. The apartment has everything you need and more. Highly recommend

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was immaculate and decorated in a lovely fresh and modern style. Everything you need is very close by, with direct access to the beach just minutes away. Lots of walkable beach bars close by, as well as the main strip of restaurants in Los Alcázares about a half hour walk or 5 minute drive. We thought the location was perfect. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

We had a great holiday in this beautiful house! In addition to the great style and furniture, the amenities were simply outstanding. There were lots of lovely seating, a wonderfully heated pool and very comfortable beds. In addition, there were many small amenities such as a welcome package, good amenities for spices, coffee pods, and water. Even things like charcoal or bathrobes for everyone were thought of. Jesús was a great host and always immediately available and helpful if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable and welcome from the beginning We will be happy to come back. Thank you so much for letting us be your guests!

Nothing to reproach. The house was in perfect condition, as it appeared in the photos, and Claudio was very attentive whenever I needed it. In addition, the apartment is located a few meters from the beach as indicated in the description, and the area is very quiet, there is no one who can bother you. It was a real success to have spent 5 days there and very grateful with Claudio's phenomenal treatment.

it is the most wonderful place in the world: a magical place between the mountain and the sea, on the beach , just a few steps to be on a wonderful virgin beach ( and nudist) with crystal clear waters with colorful fish, the house is very nice and has everything you need for a wonderful stay including snorkelling gearing and an incredible terrace with garden over the sea have been my best vacations in a long time thanks to this wonderful house, if you can not hesitate to stay here: you will be very lucky

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.
