Enjoy a luxurious, stylishly furnished apartment with a large balcony with direct sea views. The Mediterranean Sea is at 50 meters, so you wake up to the calm sound of the sea every morning. The apartment is located in a beautiful and well maintained enclosed complex on the 4th floor directly on the sea (first line). It is suitable for 4 people but a 5th is possible as the sofa bed can be used as a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Beachfront penthouse with capacity for six people. It has a suite with a double bed, bathroom and dressing room included. Two bedrooms with single beds in each and a shared bathroom. It consists of an equipped kitchen and living room that lead to a spacious terrace with direct ocean views. The penthouse has large windows that let in natural light all day. It also has 1 garage space and direct access to the beach. We disinfect with an ozone machine.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
