El lugar nos pareció increíble desde que llegamos, la atención del anfitrión siempre fue excelente, clara y con recomendaciones, nos ayudó en todo momento, y la casa súper cómoda, las almohadas y colchones eran perfectos para descansar luego de un día largo de tour, recomendados 100%

La casa increíble solo que no hay buena señal y nos falló un poco el agua pero estuvieron al pendiente de todo en todo momento son muy atentos y amables sin duda volvería a alojarme con ellos

Todo perfecto, las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo que realmente es, el tener la alberca privada es lo mejor muy amena y relajante. Olivia muy amable y excelente comunicación, me apoyó en todo momento. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, no se arrepentirán. Está fácil para moverse dentro del área y muy tranquilo. Muchas gracias por todo el apoyo y en definitiva 100% recomendado.

La casa está muy bonita, grande y limpia La atención del anfitrión fué excelente, la alberca grande y bonita. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Hay una tienda 7 eleven y un oxxo muy cerca pero yo recomendaría la renta de un auto para moverse con mayor facilidad , ya que el fraccionamiento se encuentra algo retirado del centro y playas. En conclusión , fué una experiencia muy grata y las próximas vacaciones esperamos volver a reservar en Casa Tucán

Les hôtes sont très pro-actifs. Ils répondent très rapidement. La maison est vraiment belle, confortable et bien décorée. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un magnifique séjour. Il y aussi tout le nécessaire pour les enfants. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé. Les restaurants, épiceries et commerces locaux sont à proximité. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Nos sentimos como en casa, el lugar muy cómodo y limpio.. Sebastián muy al pendiente de todo incluso una vez me quedé sin llaves y me apoyó con una copia.. lo recomiendo mucho.. sin duda volvería a elegir ese alojamiento para la próxima!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout our stay. Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always just a message or call away, and their dedication truly made our stay special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it was a dream come true! 🙏🏽🥹💕

beautiful place, just like the photos, everything was very clean, kitchen has all you need, perfect for relax and the pool and grill was just in front of the house, just perfect!!! we hope came back next year

We had a fantastic stay. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas available in thebhouse for our use. Ashley and Sergio made everything easy. Sergio came by daily to ensure the property stayed clean. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Ashley was great with communication and let us check in early. Our stay at this beautiful villa in Playa del Carmen was nothing short of magical! El lugar está muy bonito, fui con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y proporcionan muchas cosas que te sirven para ocupar en la playa. Alonso contestaba muy pronto las dudas que teníamos. Excelente y confortable lugar, sin duda volvería a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

We had an excellent stay; Valentina was extremely helpful and responsive to our communication! I would definitely stay here again!

Manuel and Mayezka were very responsive. The bed is comfortable and the shower quite nice for Mexico standards. Powerful AC keeps the bedroom quite cold and the rest of the house a moderate temperature. It is a 15 minute walk from the beach. I felt very safe, even as a single woman. Enjoyed the private courtyard a lot. Only downsides, the kitchen is not very well stocked and I ended up taking a taxi into town almost every day via the InDrive app. Oh! Do yourself a favor and visit Kaawa Coffee Roaster/ Shop just a few blocks away! Full ham & cheese croissant sandwich with lettuce and tomato for $3 USD. Also, many people say there are so many expats in Playa that one does not need to speak Spanish, which is not true in this part of town (Nicte-ha). I'm in another AirBnB now that is walkable to 5th Ave for the same price, but the quality is severely lacking in comparison. So, if you are looking for a high quality place and don't mind taking a Taxi, this is a great choice!

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!

Excelente lugar, el lugar realmente coincide con las fotos y está completamente equipado, no necesitas nada más. Muy buena atención y respuesta por los anfitriones. El mejor Airbnb en el que eh estado hasta ahora. La alberca y la tranquilidad fue lo mejo. Realmente de 10.
