A very nice and comfortable space, the house was clean and had everything you need for our stay.

Everything is perfect, the photos do not do justice to what it really is, having the private pool is the best very pleasant and relaxing. Olivia was very friendly and excellent communication, she supported me at all times. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it. It's easy to get around within the area and very quiet. Thank you so much for all the support and definitely 100% recommended.

Very complete and safe house. Everything very comfortable and at ease, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen

The house is very nice, large and clean The host's service was excellent, the pool was large and beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need for a good stay. There is a 7 eleven shop and an oxxo very close but I would recommend renting a car to get around more easily , as the subdivision is somewhat removed from the center and beaches. In conclusion , it was a very pleasant experience and the next vacation we hope to book at Casa Tucán again

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is also everything you need for children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Restaurants, grocery stores and local shops are nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

We felt right at home, the place is very comfortable and clean. Sebastian was very attentive to everything, even once I was left without keys and he helped me with a copy. I highly recommend it. I would definitely choose that accommodation again next time!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout our stay. Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Our stay at Villa Mariposa was absolutely perfect! This beautiful, spacious home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities a family needs for an enjoyable vacation (pool, hot tubs, hammocks, bikes, pool table, ping pong table, yoga equipment, etc). The kids really enjoyed the local wildlife visitations! The Villa is located in a safe, quiet gated community only 10 minutes away from Xplor, Xcaret and many other activities. There are also a couple of cute, little restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very friendly, welcoming, always available and very helpful in arranging events and transportation for our group. The daily maid staff was also very friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this beautiful home again next year.

We had a fantastic stay. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas available in thebhouse for our use. Ashley and Sergio made everything easy. Sergio came by daily to ensure the property stayed clean. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Ashley was great with communication and let us check in early. Our stay at this beautiful villa in Playa del Carmen was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning design, immaculate cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere. The villa is even more breathtaking in person, with luxurious touches throughout and a private pool that felt like our own tropical oasis. Jessica was an absolutely incredible host—attentive, kind, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and truly made us feel at home. We had a lovely stay. It does look just like the photos and Alizee was a good responsive host. Rather than repeating everything everyone else has said I’ve set out some insights/ tips which may be helpful. - You don’t need to buy water as Alizee has provided a massive (20l) water container which is replenished for free. You will need to decant and put in the fridge if you want it chilled. The fridge/freezer is a massive American one though - There is only one sun lounger next to the pool which isn’t great if you are a couple. - The sun hardly gets on to the patio at all. There’s about 3 feet max on one side before lunch and about 3 feet max on the other side during the afternoon. Some of the time there’s none on any part of the patio. So if you want to sun tan for hours each day, then this isn’t the place for you. - The kitchen and the bathroom, especially the shower, are showing signs of wear and tear. Very few of the crockery, cutlery and glassware match. Very nice otherwise

The place is very nice, I went with my family and we felt right at home. It has all the amenities and provide many things that serve you to occupy on the beach. Alonso answered the questions we had very soon. Excellent and comfortable place, I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend it

Manuel and Mayezka were very responsive. The bed is comfortable and the shower quite nice for Mexico standards. Powerful AC keeps the bedroom quite cold and the rest of the house a moderate temperature. It is a 15 minute walk from the beach. I felt very safe, even as a single woman. Enjoyed the private courtyard a lot. Only downsides, the kitchen is not very well stocked and I ended up taking a taxi into town almost every day via the InDrive app. Oh! Do yourself a favor and visit Kaawa Coffee Roaster/ Shop just a few blocks away! Full ham & cheese croissant sandwich with lettuce and tomato for $3 USD. Also, many people say there are so many expats in Playa that one does not need to speak Spanish, which is not true in this part of town (Nicte-ha). I'm in another AirBnB now that is walkable to 5th Ave for the same price, but the quality is severely lacking in comparison. So, if you are looking for a high quality place and don't mind taking a Taxi, this is a great choice!

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
