edificio moderno estilo minimalista, totalmente centrico a unos 700 metros de la 5ta avenida y unos 800 metros de la playa, (10 minutos caminando). el edificio esta en la colonia centro de playa del carmen, muy cerca de walmart, restaurantes, farmacias, tendas de conveniencia etc.( zona turistica)acceso al edificio con acceso electronico,elevador, estacionamiento subterraneo con control remoto,piscina en la azotea con vista a la cuidad y al mar,baños, regaderas y camastros para disfrutar el dia.
