Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

The apartment is 150 meters away from Playa del Cura beach. Internet, flat-screen TV and private balcony with furniture. There is a good underground parking for a car in this house, which is important for this area. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment is on a quiet street. For an amazing vacation I offer you this beautiful and cozy design studio. Su 22m2 has everything you need to live in comfort. The bed is 150cm. The well equipped kitchen is well equipped. There is air conditioning cold/heat. The dining area has a nice partial ocean view where its proximity is 35 meters from the glazed balcony. On the rooftop there is a communal area to tender. Also from 15.06 to 15.09 the pool with panoramic sea view is available!

Newly renovated apartment right on the beach. Parking is available in front of the house (free of charge). The beach is across the street about 20 meters away. The house has an elevator. The apartment has been extensively renovated and now shines in new splendor. A new kitchen as well as new appliances, new furniture and a new bathroom were made. The house has a pool that can be used. The balcony of the apartment faces the courtyard/pool side.
