Monthly Rentals in Playa del Grao de Gandia

Pablo's y Gregorio's place was terrific. It was clean and offers great views of the beach and the nearby mountains. Being the off-season, we appreciated the general quiet of the area and the building itself. Parking was good and the walk to restaurants and other sites was just right. We look forward to visiting Gandia again and will definitely look to stay at their place again. It was a really great stay.

Un gozada de apartamento! The sea is seen sitting on the sofa and also from the rooms. We found it very clean and with the kitchen very well equipped. The heating and air conditioning system worked great, and it doesn't make any noise. The owner's treatment, Vicent, was exquisite: easy communication and very friendly (we borrowed two bikes to ride around the city at no extra cost!). Gandía beach has all the facilities, although it is true that in March some restaurants and shops are closed. We will definitely be back!
