Waterfront holiday rentals in Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas

I had an absolutely perfect stay, all thanks to Alice! She was a superstar host, especially with her amazing cycling recommendations. She was always available when needed but very discreet, making my stay seamless and comfortable. The unit itself was super clean and functional, with great water pressure and plenty of warm water—something that’s surprisingly rare in Spain! The front and back balconies were incredible, offering the perfect spots to enjoy both sunrise and sunset, which was a major highlight for me. The apartment was very quiet at all times, but I did notice that the city’s trash bins are right in front, and the truck comes to empty them in the middle of the night. If someone is a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea. The location is in a residential neighborhood at the top of a hill, so it took me 15–30 minutes to walk to the beach or grocery stores, with several hills along the way. Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

Great apartment with a lovely view and lovely terrace. Practical and stylishly decorated. Therapeutic sound of waves. Quiet neighborhood, right by the bus connection. SPAR store nearby. Ice cream shop right under the terrace. Great walk along the beach to Anfi Del Mar (took about half an hour, a little longer with children). The beach right outside was a bit rocky and not very kid friendly, but it didn't put any damper on the stay for us. We had an amazing week and highly recommend.

We had a brilliant week's stay in this amazing apartment, spotless with lots of nice touches. The whole apartment was well equiped with everything you could need. Really apreciated little things like washing powder, toilet rolls, beach towels, kitchen roll etc. The view of the beach and ocean was amazing. Feels a safe location with plenty of restaurants. Small issue on arival with the door lock but quickly resolved by owner. Would definately return.

A perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Great location near the beach, very quiet and peaceful and an amazing view from the balcony. Overall, a fantastic apartment.

Isabel & Richard are very welcoming, we had a great Apartment, it is well equipped everything you need is there. You have good parking for the car, the pool is very nice. I can fully recommend this accomodation and its hosts. Communication in advance was good and they had plenty of advice. We will try to come back.

A very nice place, very clean and a smooth process with the hosts. The apartment is well equipped. The location is beautifully a small supermarket, a small beach as well as a very good restaurant are within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Stay at Roberto’s apartment, Casa, Aquamarina, was relaxing, comfortable and exciting. He, as a host, is friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips while we were in Gran Canaria and also before arriving here. He even arranged a baby crib and baby chair for us, which was so helpful. Location wise, the Aquamarina is located near the bus stop, which makes it more easier to connect to other beaches and touristic spots at really economical prices. The apartment looks over the Anfi beach, which is buzzing and serene. This area has got supermarkets which made it easier to cook on all the days we stayed here. All in all, it was memorable, and I would highly recommend Roberto’s Casa for a stay in Gran Canaria.

Carlos was fantastic from the moment we met him , the villa was fantastic and had everything you could ask for , location was amazing so quiet but your close to everything . Anytime we needed anything Carlos responded straight away . One of the best trips we’ve ever had away . We will definitely be back 😃😃

We had a great stay at this beautiful bungalow, the location, the amenities just everything was perfect! Zen and Wolfgang were so incredibly sweet and accommodating, we felt right at home. The location is right on the sea with a wonderful view! We will definitely come back here, absolutely recommended!!!

This house really was a little paradise, no kidding🥹 I think the best airbnb of our life. The position in gran canaria is unique, up on a beautiful and not crowded beach, so relaxing. You have everything you need in the kitchen, very near pharmacy and market, parking, and is possible to reach maspalomas in some minutes by car. The little balcony and patio on the sea are perfect to relax, showering, read, yoga.. hope to come back asap and thanks virginia for the kindness and support in everything!

Fantastic weekend! The house is in a great location, in a quiet area near a shopping center and a few minutes' walk from the beach. Katia made us find the place clean and tidy, she was very helpful and friendly. We look forward to coming back

Everything is great, only parking can be a bit difficult if you come back late, but everything else is great.

Everything was accurately described in the listing Prompt responses to all queries before our trip.Alicia's on site manager, Ake was extremely helpful, even picked us up at the bus stop on our arrival. Would be happy to return again.

Silvia is a charming host, I stayed with a friend for 10 days in this apartment, it has a 2nd bedroom at the top of the gallery. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, small balcony, everything tip top as in the photos in a great complex with pool by the sea. Highly recommended for 2-4 people. Heinz Gasser from Switzerland

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!

The flat is extremely well located. Quiet yet close to the beach and shopping. Beautiful balcony where you can sit comfortably.
