Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The fantastic, completely renovated Casa Alfonso is located directly on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma in the private and very well-kept Palmeras Playa complex. Two people can spend their unforgettable holiday here on two floors. For your safety, 2 networked smoke and carbon monoxide sensors have been installed. A large selection of restaurants & cafes, two supermarkets, bakers and other shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

La Pared is located just a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we absolutely recommend a rental car.

Fully equipped and distributed over two floors, it has a kitchen with everything you need, a living room with a sofa bed, and a smart TV. A bedroom with a comfortable bed, a full bathroom, and a terrace with ocean views. On the top floor, a solarium where you can enjoy the best sunsets, an experience that will test your senses.

The bungalow is 98 m² and has just been extensively and very high-quality renovated. It has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room, a kitchen and is very tastefully furnished. A large, secluded indoor terrace with a large Jacuzzi, loungers and a seating lounge area invite you to linger. In the living room and bedroom you will find a flat-screen TV with German/international TV and radio programs.
