Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Playa del Matorral

I loved my holiday in Playa Blanca, I don't usually go back to the same place but I would definitely stay here again. The house was ideal with kids, private and the pool / PlayStation made the place exceptional.

The pretty Casa Elsa is perfect for exploring the north of the island. The cottage is tastefully decorated, very well equipped, and everything is available. You can even have a very affectionate little Vanilla cat, not to mention the pool! Thanks to Elsa for hosting us!

Nice apartment, well kept. Perfect for our stay, silent, nice outside sitting area, nice sun in the morning into the apartment, clean and all utilities available in the apartment.

Really great location, just in front of the natural park and with the swimming pool at the doorstep. Good communication with Karine et Jeff, who were flexible with our date changes.

We had a wonderful time up in the mountains of Batencuria. Our hosts Libia and Stephan were fantastic and even took the time to come meet us in person. The property is as described, a lovely traditional aged Spanish home with heaps of character and very comfortable. We totally loved it there.

The house is highly recommended. An old fisherman's house has become a stylish open loft. The furnishings, especially in the living room, are cozy and modern. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the sea and the sunset. The location is in the middle of the old town and there are several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The contact with the host was also great!

We loved our stay at Sarina’s place. The accommodation has everything you need to relax and enjoy the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and the host welcomed us with fruits, biscuits, water and beers. The location is great too, just a few minutes away from the “muelle” and the beautiful Torre del Tostón with its breathtaking beach and view. There is also a supermarket nearby. We loved every minute of our stay in Fuerteventura and highly recommend Sarina and Mirco’s place. Thank you for everything!!

Lovely little cottage in a cute little village. The pool was great and caught the sun until early evening. Very well equipped and comfortable. Roque set things up so we could check in early, which was a big help.

We had such a lovely week at Casa Pon. The villa had everything we needed for us and our two year old son to have a great stay. Being walking distance to the promenade but out of the main resort was a huge plus for us. Lots of privacy and peace but easy to walk to restaurants, shops and beaches whenever we wanted. Recommend having a car to explore the island too - some amazing beaches, vineyards and sunset locations to explore, Caterina has some wonderful recommendations to offer! As a host Caterina was amazing. So friendly, helpful and responsive, thank you so much Caterina for a great stay and for going above and beyond to make our trip perfect! See you again soon,

Loved our stay at Giuseppe's place, a lovely apartment on a beautiful peaceful complex in a fantastic location. Apartment was great and had everything we needed, nice modern bathroom with a walkin shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. No toaster but oven had a grill which we used for our toast. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Loved the very spacious and private balcony which gets the sun all day and offers shade if you sit further back. No sunbeds on the balcony but no problem, I took one from the sunbathing area out front and used it on the balcony, it was great . Plenty of towels, sheets etc for our stay and a having the washing machine was great. Iron as well and a proper hairdryer! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. 😁

It was everything we could hope for, like a home from home, nothing to complain about.

Nice quiet location within easy reach of the marina and an easy walk along the prom into Playa Blanca centre. I'd recommend a hire car, which seem very reasonably priced for a week fro/to the airport, but there are plenty of buses & taxis; although the latter seemed to get busy around in the evenings, especially from the marina/taxi stands around 10pm.

This is the second time that we have come to this place and will repeat for sure. Lovely Lucena and the house is great, she has everything you need to rest and have a great time on the island. We were very comfortable, thank you Lucena!

We had an amazing stay in Carol & Tim’s home. It was a beautiful location with amazing sea views and views of the harbour. Every restaurant we ate at was wonderful with a whole variety of different cuisines. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful week at Yvonne's place in Las Breñas! From the very beginning, we received a warm welcome – a real person of heart. The apartment was super clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We didn't miss anything – we immediately felt at home. We especially loved Yvonne's personal tips – a PDF with her favorite places, restaurants and hidden highlights of the island. An absolute added value for our holiday! The location in Las Breñas is quiet and perfect for anyone looking for relaxation. Important to know: A rental car is definitely necessary here, as there is no shopping or restaurants in the village itself. For this, you can quickly reach the most beautiful places on the island by car – e.g. in the fantastic fishing village of El Golfo. Another highlight: Yvonne offers soothing massages with aromatherapy – highly recommended! We would come back. Thank you for this beautiful break, dear Yvonne! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay together with our two boys (2 & 5 years old) at Villa Alfonso. Beautiful house and exterior, decorated with love, an artistic touch and deep respect for the surroundings. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The sunsets, the landscapes, the stars, the wonderfully warm pool, the bbq & pizza oven and above all the warm welcome and contact with Eduardo made our stay truly magnificent. We hope to go back!

We had a fantastic stay in Cecile’s villa - it is amazing!! Such a great amount of space for our family of four. Three en-suite bathrooms, great living room and the views - well - the views are incredible!! Montana Baja is behind the villa and easy to walk up. Aqua lava is only a mile walk from the villa and Mirador del Rio up the other end of the island is only an hours drive away. Lidl is a 5min drive round the corner and Playa Flamingo an easy 25min walk. The pool and games room were both fantastic for the kids. Cecile was very helpful providing very clear instructions, and quickly responded to any queries we had. Will definitely return if we come back to Lanzarote!! Great base for our 10 day trip to explore the whole island. Would definitely recommend a car for ease of exploring.

We were very warmly received and immediately felt comfortable. This house has been built and tastefully furnished by real experts with a lot of taste and ingenuity. A week is far from sufficient to discover all the details and special quirks. An optimal location for astronomers and nature lovers. The amenities are perfect and there are numerous wonderful places to stay around, in and on the house. Excellent hosts, highly recommended!!

My friend and I had a wonderful , peaceful stay and admired the decorations in the home that made it so lively and comfortable . It is clear that Julia puts in a lot of effort and love to make her place nice and clean. I appreciated her responsiveness when we had questions, and I was grateful for the pictures in the guide she sent us to help us follow the directions on how to enter the home. The best Airbnb experience I have had by far!

Staying with Carmelo was unspeakably great. My brother and I felt at home. The Airbnb is fantastically beautiful and nothing is missing. Everything is sour and well decorated. The garden is fantastically beautiful and there are many animals... it's like a little paradise. Carmelo and his wife Marisol are the favorite people I've ever met. It was always so pleasant to talk to them and ma laughed a lot. The two are really the best hosts you can imagine. This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever been to and I can highly recommend it.
