The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a capacity for 6 people. The residential complex is very quiet and ideal for resting and enjoying a few days of vacation. It has several swimming pools, a parking space, a children's playground and a play area. It is rented by the season in summer and all winter.

Located in a private complex (Beach & resort Playa Macenas) that has everything you need for a quiet holiday by the sea, with direct access to Playa Macenas and close to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. The complex has two swimming pools and one of them is located next to the main terrace of my accommodation (ideal for families with children). Wifi, private garage, and 24-hour security. Weekly discounts (7 nights) during the months from September to June.

A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.
