Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a capacity for 6 people. The residential complex is very quiet and ideal for resting and enjoying a few days of vacation. It has several swimming pools, a parking space, a children's playground and a play area. It is rented by the season in summer and all winter.

The back terrace overlooks the pool, which is accessed by stairs, and the beach is a few minutes walk away, accessible with small children. It's a wild, uncrowded beach.
