Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Playa El Tunco

It was my first time booking Airbnb for my family and Jaime was responsive with any questions I had since it was my first time booking , Jaime answered all questions and helped with anything I needed help with , house was perfect for our family we needed nights to stay and he was ok me have to kids at 3yrs old and 1yr old which was really important to us ! Thanks again Jaime!!! Will book again when I come back!!

this was our first family trip to el Salvador, if your looking for a quiet place on the beach that doesn't feel like a boring hotel this is perfect! the lady that lived further on the property was really helpful when we needed her, everyday she cleaned the pool, the kitchen, and the living room and the yard. you can also ask her to clean the bedroom if you want she also went out to get us medicine when we got sick, fresh bread each morning, her husband got us fresh coconuts from the trees and she even made us pupusas. the beach is just perfect, theres no one there you really have a private beach to yourself. there's a little convenience store in front of the property also a pharmacy 24/7, 15min away in the village. supermarket Is at the entrance of the village you can find everything you need there. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the beach its really worth the drive. thank you for receiving us, hopefully we will be back soon!😁

Silvia's house is simply outstanding. The place is perfect for a long and relaxed stay and it literally has EVERYTHING! The pictures trully don't make justice to how incredible this house is. It is easy to find (if you are local) but navigation makes it even easier. The beds, the kitchen, the bathroom, everything was spot on, a place that makes you feel right at home with great decorations, all the amenities you might need and close to pretty much everything in the capital city. I will absolutely come back to this place for as long as it is available. 100% recommended.

We visited with my family the house and our stay was very pleasant, quiet and met our expectations. The facilities matched the photos, very clean and ideal for sharing as a family. The common areas to eat, the armchairs and the hammock area were excellent. The beachfront location is ideal, just a few steps away and you can see a beautiful sunset and at night, enjoy the freshness and moonlight, and if you prefer to rest in a hammock covered by the sound of the waves. Rudy's attention and friendliness was very gracious and the best part was the schedule as it makes it an ideal experience to share with either friends or family of good times and relax. All in all, I would visit Al's house again 😊

We had a great time with friends at your residence. The outdoor space was a favorite for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and tranquil, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to nearby neighborhoods for more entertainment. We'd come back if we had a chance!

Awesome place with plenty of room and proximity to the beach. Very close to highway and commerce. Bathrooms could have slightly better fitings and water pressure but other than that the place is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny.

The house itself is gorgeous. The view is spectacular and it sleeps a ton of people. Air conditioning worked well, the pool is one of the nicest I’ve been to at an Airbnb anywhere in the world, and they provide a jug of potable water. I’d definitely recommend. The location is across the road from Tunco despite what we saw from the location on Airbnb so we had to take 5 minute taxi or Uber rides. It wasn’t too bad to do but definitely not walkable bc of the busy road. Ideally you have a car or a bike to get around. While the address is updated on Google maps now, I wanted folks to know just in case it somehow changes. One other note: there is a family that keeps the house up. They let you in and out as needed. We were never delayed but it would have been nice to have a key.

everything would’ve been perfect except for the one thing the made me leave early: no wifi signal in the main room where i slept and where I needed it to work and watch my steaming apps. i tried to set up myself the wifi extender but it did not work at all. tried several times. as someone who needs a relatively fast but absolutely stable internet connection to work, this was a deal breaker. I ended up leaving a day earlier, paying for an extra day for nothing. they told me i could work near the entrance to the apartment where the wifi was available but how practical is this?

It is a very nice apartment, ideal to feel at home while visiting San Salvador, it is a very quiet area and everything is close, I would definitely come back 🥰

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. The place was spotless and spacious. The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. Our kids had a great time with the games and the pool, which had an amazing view of the city. We would definitely come back.

We were lucky enough to find Reyna’s place with such short notice. Very nice, spacious apartment. Everything was near by and she was very responsive.

This was a nice space in a good, quiet area. The host was lovely and met us for check in and always communicated quickly. The place was spotless and the perfect size for just a couple nights in town for us. It has a living space, bedroom and small outdoor space. Air conditioning was a big plus! Parking right out front and on a secure street.

Great view to the city. The place is specious, private and felt like home. It is close to malls, restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place for your family.

Gisselle was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting El Salvador after many years and everything went great! Gisselle was very attentive and asked if we needed anything. The apartment was central to everything we had planned on our trip. There are many food options within 5-10 minutes, the apartment complex is located in a gated community and the neighborhood feels very safe. The apartment was very clean and had a stunning view both night and day. We can’t wait to be back to this place and our beautiful country! 🇸🇻

Alcy was very helpful with allow me to do a early check in. She was very responsive and very friendly, and she was flexible with the late check out as well. Easy to get there. Clear and instructions. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a good view from the balcony, I would definitely rebook.

Super recommended. Very safe, they gave me very simple instructions, the safety is friendly and attentive. The apartment is equipped, clean and delicious to rest. The neighborhood is safe and you can access everything side expeditiously. Francisco and Johana collaborated on everything and more. It is a magnificent place for short and long views.

This apartment was in a great area, easy access to the Centro as well as Cerro Verde. The rooftop pool and lounge area were clean and had amazing views. The apartment is super safe with great guards at the main gate as well as front desk staff.

I loved the comfortable place nice smell had very nice view . There were utilities in the bathroom for personal use and also in the kitchen such as coffee and tea , accessible arrival and very friendly security personnel very recommended place

I have stayed multiple times at Miguel‘s condo and I truly enjoy it. If you love, peace, quiet, private, and outstanding views this should be it for you. Also, if you love going on runs, there is lots to explore in this neighborhood at any time. You will also see others going for a run and families spending time with their kids inside gated community park. You get a lot for your money’s worth, it can get bit complicated/confusing the first time entering the building because of a lot of security and terms but I prefer it this way helps me sleep better every night knowing I am safe as well as any family member I invite over.
