Great 3 bedroom apartment located in Playa Paraiso in Adeje Paradise Residencial, the best community in the south of Tenerife! Private jacuzzi on the terrace of 100 sqm!! Best Ocean View, outdoor sunbeds and baldaquin sunbed. Fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 dbl bedrooms, all with AC, private parking and 24h security. A great pool area, one of them heated in the winter and a bar restaurant opened everyday, serving great cocktails and food at fair prices. Practily all you can dream of !

The apartment has fantastic sea and mountain views from its large corner balcony, ideal to chillout and watch the spectacular sun sets over the island of La Gomera. The sandy beach is only 80 metres away set in a small rocky cove. The apartment is recently modernised with fitted kitchen, bedroom and lounge with 2 sofas and SAT tv. This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment with a modern design is located in the heart of Playa Paraiso, on the first line to the beach and with an exit to the promenade. Its sunny terrace offers an incredible panoramic view of the ocean. The complex has a great location with all the infrastructure needed, a swimming pool, restaurants, the best SPAs nearby and access to Hard Rock with musical programs. The complex has 24-hour security and is within walking distance of supermarkets and shopping mall.

Sunnyland Paraiso Beach

Este apartamento en Adeje cuenta con una habitación independiente, un salón con sofá cama, una cocina con todo lo necesario, un baño y una enorme terraza. En la terraza se encuentra mobiliario exterior, mesa con sillas para comer y asientos para sentarse y disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Las vistas desde la terraza son fantásticas podemos ver la "Playa Paraíso". El edificio no tiene piscina. Cuenta con internet de alta velocidad y un escritorio con silla para poder trabajar cómodamente.

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. Paradiso Sur, is in one of the best areas in the South-West of Tenerife, on the sea front and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, 5 star hotels. The place was renovated in 2025, with the best materials and very modern decor. This is a great place for a relaxing seaside vacation. NOTE: THE POOL IS UNDER RENOVATION FROM 17-06-2025 UNTIL 31-10-2025

Beautiful studio in Playa Paraíso with an amazing sea view towards La Gomera Island. Completely equipped and renewed. Swimming pool and access to the beach. A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The new Hard Rock Hotel just in front. ATTENTION: From 16th of June 2025 until the end of the year, the pool will be CLOSED due to renovation works.
