Our apartment is very modern, newly refurbished to high standards, located in a very central yet quiet position in the Paraiso Royal residential complex in the well-known area of Playa de Las Americas. We have just added A/C in 2024. Just be aware the A/C is installed with a sensor and will start only if the living room door is completely closed.
