Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa Zipolite

So beautiful!! The view was incredible we loved our stay here. And the private beach was amazing

Surrounded by nature, animals from goats, squirrels to signing birds, what a peaceful place. We stayed for two weeks. The room is very spacious with a beautiful view. Would like to stay longer, hopefully next time in Mazunte. Really recommend this harmonious place.

Beautiful place! Great location for the sunrise and to get into town. If you like to party at night, it’s perfect. If you like peace and quiet, you need to put up with loud live music from the local restaurants till 11 or later most nights.

Had a wonderful stay @ Casa Lluvia del Sol! Karla the hostess was very responsive & helpful. The view & nice ocean breezes were incredible! I slept with the sliding glass doors wide open at night and luckily the bugs & mosquitos stayed away. The mosquito netting around the bed was not ever used. Due to location I highly recommend you have a car or scooter rental as it is very beneficial.

I can’t say enough about this place. Thanks, Marlene, for an incredible welcome and stay. The sunsets from the balcony with hammocks and relaxation are amazing. The place is clean and minutes to Playa Del Amor but the rest of the restaurants around Zipolite are a walk either on an avenue or on the beach.

Lovely clean well equipped unit with a beautiful ocean view located only a short walk up the hill from the beautiful beach. Wonderful attentive host who made us feel totally at home.

We loved our stay at Casa Yuku and will be back! Ana and Maria were very accomodating, kind and helpful. Maria explained everything thoroughly and Ana was always very responsive. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The casa has everything you could think of to make you feel at home. We loved having the umbrella for the beach, the kitchen was well equipped, the view from the patio was gorgeous. It is a beautiful, peaceful place to vacation.

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

Gretel is an excellent host - kind, gracious and ever responsive. The place is understated and gracefully decorated. the stairs are steep but manageable. we are both 80 and stayed 4 days. the views from the terrace are glorious and the pool is a great addition. we will be back.

There were four of us in Perla's place were very satisfied. The apartment is very large and feels like a house. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean. Perla was always very easy to reach and gave us tips as well as arranged a large taxi for 4 people with luggage. The beach can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes on foot and is very quiet even in the high season. 5 minutes further, the beach got a little full but still pleasant. If you like more people, you can walk to Mazunte or take a taxi. There are nice and good restaurants within walking distance. We really had a great stay in San Agustinillo and Perla's place

The place is stunning!!! The views are like nothing else. Place is very clean and has all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. It’s a very short 2 minute walk to a private secluded beach. The exterior amenities like pool, patio and outdoor shower along with the views make you feel at paradise. Such a relaxing place. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing the place with the rest of us.

Our second stay and Ivan’s and Gala’s beautiful home and it was exactly as we remembered it. Peaceful and relaxing. The house is a work of art - every detail is so well thought out and blends perfectly. It is truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The food prepared for breakfast and lunch is so tasty. Once we arrived - we did not leave the house for our entire stay.

The stay is very pleasant. There are usually a lot of mosquitoes in the area, but the house is completely covered with a mosquito net so you don't even suffer from it. We rest quite well, no noise, or anything that disturbs. The location is very good because you are a few minutes from the restaurant and commerce area, but far enough away for you to enjoy the rest. I would definitely rent the house again.

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)

Great place to stay. The house is quite large, with a wonderful view, swimming pool and everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. In addition, it is located near the points of interest in the area, only it is essential to carry your own vehicle. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place! Best hosts, very communicative and helpful. Gave great recommendations, the place was very thought out with quality and attention to detail. AC was a life saver, had everything we needed. Small issue with the wifi but that was resolved quickly and with patience. Highly recommend

Beautiful views make this apartment a delight. The pool also has stunning views. The apartment is decorated very tastefully. There are lots of towels for beach and bath. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware. Beds are comfortable. Javier, the condo manager is helpful. Wade was polite & responsive with regards to our questions. The apartment is tranquil & very safe. I would stay here again. Still, I stay in the area often for work & the price was on high side given maintenance is needed. The 2nd shower had drain issues, & its bathroom sink leaked. The dishwasher was broken. The AC in the living room didn't work for 5 days. This was challenging for my spouse who had online meetings as it was very hot (35+), especially wearing a formal shirt & the bedrooms didn't have deskspace to work in instead. Wade & Javier made big efforts to get the AC fixed & I appreciate them. Wonderful property, just needs a little work and care. Wade is a super nice guy and the location is beautiful.

it is an amzing place. we felt very home and its really just 5 min to an amazing beach. its Was super great saying here.

We loved our stay. It was situated up a hill in a secluded and peaceful area, just a short walk to the best beach in Mazunte. We felt right at home. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Mazunte!
