House holiday rentals in Playa Zipolite

st got back from Cynthia’s place, and wow—easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s just minutes’ drive from both Zipolite and Mazunte, making it the perfect base to explore the area. The internet was flawless, so working remotely was a breeze. The kitchen is packed with appliances—espresso machine, French press, and everything else you need to cook comfortably. The indoor-outdoor living setup is a total dream, and the pool gets the perfect mix of morning sun and afternoon shade, which is ideal in the heat. Cynthia’s recommendations were spot-on every time, and she’s hands-down the most responsive and lovely host ever. She replies almost instantly and genuinely goes above and beyond. Yes, the neighbors are close, but noise was never an issue. And let’s be real—it’s Zipolite. If total seclusion is what you’re after, this might not be the right place. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Honestly, I’m jealous if you’re booking this—enjoy every second!

Everything was excellent, just a little difficult to get to the pool.

There were four of us in Perla's place were very satisfied. The apartment is very large and feels like a house. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean. Perla was always very easy to reach and gave us tips as well as arranged a large taxi for 4 people with luggage. The beach can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes on foot and is very quiet even in the high season. 5 minutes further, the beach got a little full but still pleasant. If you like more people, you can walk to Mazunte or take a taxi. There are nice and good restaurants within walking distance. We really had a great stay in San Agustinillo and Perla's place

We were a group of 6 friends who stayed here for a few nights, and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. The place is truly incredible: comfortable, spacious, stylish, and unique, all while being quiet and just a short walk from the beach. Amalia is the kindest and most amazing. She made us feel completely at home with her warmth and hospitality, and her support was truly special. On top of that, she’s an incredible cook, preparing any meal we wanted with the freshest ingredients, including a mix of traditional Mexican food, fish and even a barbecue night. Jerome was a fantastic host. Super hands-on and always ready with excellent recommendations for beaches and activities, making sure we got the best experience possible. A huge thank you to Jerome and Amalia.

Our second stay and Ivan’s and Gala’s beautiful home and it was exactly as we remembered it. Peaceful and relaxing. The house is a work of art - every detail is so well thought out and blends perfectly. It is truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The food prepared for breakfast and lunch is so tasty. Once we arrived - we did not leave the house for our entire stay.

Great place to stay. The house is quite large, with a wonderful view, swimming pool and everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. In addition, it is located near the points of interest in the area, only it is essential to carry your own vehicle. I would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was even more beautiful than in the photos. Super spacious apartment, with an absolutely stunning private terrace. We ended up eating in each night as the apartment was so nice. Handily close to a little supermarket, and a short, albeit steep, walk down to the beach and town. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance, we'd love to come back!

Stunning sunrise, whale watching, breathtaking views from every corner of the house. Brisa's home cooked meals were worth the money, especially since we didn't want to leave to maximise the time spent and enjoyed there. Perfect way to end a busy vacation.

Carolina's place is perfectly situated on a quiet street, within a 3min walk to the main strip with food & restaurants, and a 6min walk to two different beaches. The private pool overlooking the ocean was stunning, and the check in / out process was seamless! Would definitely recommend :)

Whale watching from the veranda was wonderful.

Great stay. The house is very exotic, we are really in nature and disconnected. Everything is very accessible on foot. Very comfortable and pleasant both for cooking and sleeping. The hosts are adorable, very responsive, and flexible. We also had the option to rent a scooter directly from them. Cleaning is done every day in the room it's great! We can only recommend!

Our stay at Esteban’s was nothing short of amazing. The local is fantastic, only 5mins from the beach in a quiet area. The place is comfortable, stays cool and clean. It looks better than the pictures. Esteban and his wife are wonderful and helpful hosts. We felt fully relaxed and rested when we check-out. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Zipolite.

We stayed a few nights in Mazunte at this cozy, quaint apartment. It is in the perfect location. Tucked away in the trees, but very close to the beach, restaurants, market, and everything you need. It was the perfect spot to call home while relaxing and exploring the beautiful beaches of Mazunte! Alberto was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Amazing view. Very private. Peaceful and serene. The pictures are very accurate, the accommodation is clean, comfortable and spacious. You definitely need transportation. We did walk into Mazunte several times but we rented a scooter to get around.

From the moment we first communicated with Maud and her team to the moment we left - what a wonderful experience! The house - the layout and the design was perfect. Each room and space had its own personality. Each has its own charm. The main room has breathtaking views of the coastline! The observation area was fantastic for whale watching and the sunrise. The service - Maud and Rihad went above and beyond to make sure every detail was accounted for. It truly made us feel right at home. They were very easy to reach whenever we needed anything. Marina prepared the most wonderful breakfasts each morning. The Food - we opted to have meals prepared at the house each day and it was so worth it. Every meal was wonderful! Everything about our stay was wonderful. Maud and her team take great pride in providing the best experience. I could go on and on, but will leave it like this: You will not regret staying here. You may find that once you arrive you may not ever want to leave!

I will definitely stay here again! So peaceful, so private, amaaazing views of the open sky over the valley, the hills covered in beautiful flora, and from certain spots on the property you can also see the ocean! I stayed for a whole week and could stay for a year! The hike to and from town is a great daily exercise! We were traveling on foot the whole time and found the walk from the house to the nearest beach was about 15 min down a steep, yet safe, hillside. Great exercise and a great quiet and nature-filled walk to town! And getting back to the house is also great exercise and at times a bit steep—-all so worth it for the views!! The house has everything you need to cook and prepare anything! Extra linens And towels were a huge plus! And Enrique was an incredible host! He went so far as to answer my questions about the rental before I requested to book! Above and beyond! Thank you, Enrique!

Very good stay with family, with a young child. The space was functional, with what we need for a beach stay. And most importantly, a beautiful beach was a 5-minute walk away. From here it is possible to visit other beaches or do various activities (surfing, mangrove visit and crocodile or turtle protection sites, etc.) Raquel is very kind, very responsive during the various questions asked and very efficient to resolve a bug when booking. So we had a very nice stay and we'll be happy to come back!

The space is beautiful. It was a very comfortable and peaceful and exactly as described. I stayed there with my husband and two young children and it was perfect for our family. Very safe for young children. And the host was very responsive, accommodating and the caretakers are very kind. It is important to note that the house does not have Wi-Fi and the cellular service can be a little inconsistent at the house.
