Great little spot with everything you need in one spot. Only a 5 minute walk to te beach.

Great place at one of my favorite beaches in Baja. The turn off can be easy to miss if you haven’t been down there before, but Joseph did an excellent job providing thorough details on how to find the place and check in. I’d recommend to anyone, whether it’s your first Baja trip or you’re a regular, this place is perfect. Fast WiFi too if you work remote 👌🏼

En general el alojamiento, la ubicación, el precio muy bien. Fácil acceso a las zonas turísticas. Solo hay que tener en cuenta que cómo está sobre una avenida muy transitada, puede ser algo ruidosa y un poco difícil meter el coche al garaje.

Mauricio and his wife were so sweet to our group. We had a comfortable stay. Incredible view. Wonderful fresh breeze. Mornings and nights are cool. During the day it does get warm. The small hill to the entrance is not recommended for very low cars specially if it’s rainy or wet. We did a very quick trip for a wedding, but I definitely prayed I could stay there longer.

Ideal spot in Downtown TJ, you’re down the street from everything. Walking distance to key places. Security are responsive and dependable. Place is comfortable. I am going to book here everytime from now on!

The view & sound of the waves crashing were a breath of fresh air. The hammock was the star of the weekend ✨️ Claudia was always quick to respond, the space was clean & welcoming, all kinds of amenities were available. We had a great stay & would love to go back soon.

It’s a very good deal and Juan is very attentive and responds very fast to any problems you have, also security was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay where you can check the surf from the patio, and if you need a snack, there is a convenient store at the bottom of the driveway more or less. Calie is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about your experience. Through the meticulously curated list of restaurant, winery, and brewery recommendations within a few minutes drive, or activities or experiences unique to the area, you are given a recipe for an adventure of your choosing if you take the time to pursue the recommendations which she will send you as well as detailed instructions on how to find the place and access when you’re booking is complete. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed out stay with Laura. The place was exactly as it was described and we felt very comfortable. We did get out for dinner and also had a few margaritas in town but also felt very comfortable staying in and enjoying some quite time. I originally made a mistake on my booking which would have cost us a day stay but Laura made a last minute adjustment to our dates and we enjoyed the full time we anticipated. It was a very nice stay!

Martin is a great host and you will have enjoyable stay at his place, and just be sure to bring some warm sleeping clothes because it gets cold at night.

Muy buena experiencia, tanto por la amabilidad del dueño como por lo bonito y equipado del lugar. Por su ubicación quedan cerca muchas cosas. Solo hay mucho trafico por la calle debido a reparaciones a 1 cuadra. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aqui.

Excellent location and value. Stayed for almost a week. Good basics such as clean, comfy bed, hot water, internet, tv w Netflix, etc. Walking distance to oxxo, various medical professionals, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Cosmetically could use a few touch ups. Could use a little heater during the colds months and some better cooking pans/pots.

Great space. There’s also a little patio right outside the room (Not pictured) with a table that you can eat at. The only thing missing from the photos was the mini portable stove. Hot water was fine for us! Everything was super clean and the location was close to everything.
