Welcome to this charming, light-filled and fully equipped studio, located on the ground floor of our house in Saint Aignan (we live upstairs). Ideally located between Nantes and the sea, this bright studio can accommodate up to 2 people + one child under 4 years old free of charge. Enjoy a pleasant view of a lush garden, surrounded by palm trees, a banana tree and vines. This place is ideal for a memorable holiday or for recharging your batteries after a day at work.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

In the heart of a four-hectare green park, the Ker Anas studio, carefully furnished in a workshop style, offers a charming space to unwind. This very bright accommodation, nestled in a green setting, promises you a pleasant stay. Located in Brière, ten minutes from La Baule, Guérande and St Nazaire, it has a prime geographical location. We are happy to revive this site that we created with passion 30 years ago!

The little house by the water

Calm and nature to recharge your batteries, breathe or enjoy the beauty of the landscape in a lodge with an exotic atmosphere. You will enjoy a hilly area, a fishing pond, a 1st category stream for trout, a park with aviaries and exotic birds. The chalet is also close to sites such as the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Rochefort en Terre, Guérande, Pénestin, the Branféré park, La Gacilly or the Brocéliande forest.

Stay at the castle, with family or friends

A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.

Domaine de Villeneuve - Dryer

Old grain and tobacco dryer of the 19th century totally renovated (120 m2). An octagonal atypical house for 1 to 8 people, in the middle of an exceptional site (private closed park of 180 hectares at your disposal, into the wild). You can enjoy the park, its lake, and private forest for rides by foot or with bicycles (bicycles and small boat provided on site).

You will find calm and serenity but also the possibility to walk around the lake (11 km) and practice water sports at the leisure center (in season) or swim at the beach!
