Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

Colombier converted into a duplex studio located inside a seventeenth century property of nearly 2 hectares in the very heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 rooms in duplex of 18m2: on the 1st, living room with a fitted kitchen, table, sofa, TV; on the floor bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to a part of the park on the property with a relaxation area set up for eating and lounging.

Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

Country and family home

Country house where you can meet with family to share friendly moments in the quiet of the countryside, or organise events in Reunion such as baptisms, weddings, etc. The house must be returned to the state you found it in. Mandatory cleaning option 60 euros from 26/05/2025. The house consists of 5 bedrooms including 2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed convertible into 2 , 1 mezzanine with a double bed,and a sofa bed in the living room.

Welcome to Neska Lodge, this cabin with Canadian charm will allow you to recharge your batteries in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Haute Vallee de Chevreuse. Total change of scenery guaranteed less than an hour from Paris, in a village in the countryside. Independent and private, Neska lodge is conveniently located close to the forest and shops on foot. Outdoor spaces are at your disposal to enjoy the calm of the surrounding nature.

An 85 m² barn refurbished in 2022 with all the comforts will be perfect for your weekends/family holidays (1 double bed 160*200, 1 sofa bed 140*190, 1 baby bed). Ideal for a couple, with children. Two adults maximum. Park/Pool/Pétanque/Swings/Trampoline/Board Games/Children's Sandbox/Hammock, Wifi, Telework, Smart TV, Netflix... All shops within a few kilometers. Parties/Pro Photos/Filming/Ceremonies/Pets not allowed. No additional visitors.
