The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

Contemporary house, exceptional and unique view of the sea, the islands of Port Blanc, the bay of Pellinec, the 7 islands off Perros Guirec. Located near the small port of Buguéles, a few minutes walk from the first beaches and 2.5km from the village of Penvenan, with all its shops, market and supermarket. The house consists of a large living room of 50m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 terraces, a jaccuzzi. No pets are allowed.

The little house...

Detached house with equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Access to the bedroom by a staircase (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel and Trébeurden are accessible, 15 minutes by car, the entire coast of Granit Rose to discover, it's just very beautiful. There is also the whole Port Blanc side, Plougrescant, the chasm. We don't work with the lockbox system.

This neo-Breton house is set on a large very neat lot. In the living room, the fireplace spreads a warm atmosphere. Also enjoy the whirlpool bath (Jacuzzi Balneo Bath) in the cozy bathroom. You are halfway between the large beaches of Locquirec and Perros-Guirec. Be sure to visit the old historic centre of Lannion with its cobbled streets and alleys as well as the church of Breleven. You can easily reach Plouaret by the TGV.
