The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

PLOUARET in the village, totally renovated stone house including a large bright living room with an equipped kitchen. Laundry room with toilet and washing machine on the ground floor. Two large bedrooms upstairs with a large storage closet. Mezzanine with desk and bathroom including shower and toilet. House mixing the modern and the old near the train station; perfect place to beaches and lands. Private enclosed garden of 40m2 with wood terrace, eats standing and small garden.

The little house...

Detached house with equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Staircase access to the bedroom ( not accessible to people with disabilities) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel and Trébeurden are accessible, 15 minutes by car, the entire coast of Granit Rose to discover, it's just very beautiful. There is also the whole side of Port Blanc, Plougrescant, the abyss. We don't work with the lockbox system, We accept flexibility. Thank you for your respect
