Welcome to Ty-Cozy! 3* gite in the heart of Plestin

In the heart of Plestin-les-Grèves, quiet, facing the church, 25 m² house renovated in 2021. The gîte is part of a set of two separate houses but with common access by an external staircase. Exceptional location with immediate access to all services and shops. Facing southwest, the cottage is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen and a living area, a bedroom and a bathroom. Free parking spaces nearby. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Completely renovated house with careful decoration in the small town of Guimaëc, the sea view is at the end of the garden. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with an eye on the sea below. The house consists of a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy the 2 terraces depending on the exposure to the wind and the sun.

Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This gîte was made entirely by us, it took us 6 years to create a place that suits us completely. We are very happy to introduce you to this little piece of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our "Landes de Bretagne" sheep, peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.
