La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Tiny beautiful studio in the center of Brittany

Despite its small size, this compact studio is well laid out and bright. It is equipped with a bathroom and a kitchenette. The double bed on the mezzanine is accessible by a steep staircase, so not recommended for frail people. The fully self-contained accommodation has a balcony and on the other side a private entrance from the car park. A seven-minute walk from the attractive village, there are shops including a bakery, convenience store, banks and restaurants.

i have to rent in the center of Rostrenen a nice studio all renovated for one or two people. It includes a small red fitted kitchen with a view overlooking the manor of Campostal. The room-living room side overlooks gardens and trees and the place is really conducive to rest. Shops are a 2-minute walk away. Rostrenen is central in Brittany, about 1 hr drive from major cities like Brest Lorient, Saint Brieuc or Rennes, the Valley of the Saints is close.

The ground floor offers a very comfortable and spacious living space with a very bright kitchen, a central island for dining and a living room with TV, as well as a toilet. Upstairs you will find the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a shower room with wc. The terrace area is equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing. The firewood is the responsibility of the guest. It's not provided.

Ideal for taking a short break when you're visiting the area, we offer our renovated caravan sheltered under a wooden bark carport. Located in the countryside while being close to amenities, (2 km from the city center and 700 m from the supermarket) you will be quiet and can enjoy very nice walks from our home.
