Availability of very comfortable and always free parking in front of the entrance of the property. Convenient location to reach various points of interest in the area. Nice skylight above the bed where you can look at the stars on clear nights. Recommended!

Nice functional apartment, clean and very well equipped . The house overlooks the parking lot of the Leclerc supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping but do not expect to make the morning because delivery trucks pass under the windows from 7am.

Lydie is a warm host who gave us some great tips to enjoy our short stay in Saint-Brieuc. Her studio is well located, close to the train station and to the center, on a quiet street. It's nicely decorated. We felt great in this studio.

Michel is a responsive and pleasant host. His place is as described, it would almost fail to specify the very nice setting in which it is with "the abbey" and the park of the rest house. That's lovely. Well placed for a stroll around the area. Small downside on cleanliness which is more due to a failure by the concierge. Michel's son was responsive to help us with the shortcomings. The pillows (cakes) would need to be reviewed on the other hand. In itself, a good weekend in the area.

We had a lovely weekend at the Efflam House, enjoyed the breathtaking views and walks on the beach … From the small village of Locquirec . The house is perfect for six, all the comfort in equipment, the weather allowed us a barbecue at noon. Renaud is very available and was very welcoming when we arrived and checked out. Thank you Renaud!

Enjoy your stay. Clean, well-equipped apartment and located close to all amenities. Several hiking trails are within easy walking distance. No difficulty in parking nearby. Be careful though, if using the bathtub, no hot water for the shower after. Thank you to Yann for the welcome. We would recommend this listing.

Pleasant stay, nice apartment.

Very nice apartment, spacious and pleasant, with great views of the sea and the fields. The hot tub and private pool really made a difference. The host was lovely and very responsive. We immediately felt comfortable. A real little piece of heaven, we'll be back with pleasure!

a home with sea views in every room, peace and quiet, a beautiful and clean pool, very welcoming and charming hosts! All in a Sublime region,the island of Bréhat is 30min away, beaches and cliffs all around! A good stay to recharge!
