The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. You’ll love my place because "Blavet" is modern bright & airy & is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, inc. bedding & towels.

La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cosy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants' footsteps from above can be disturbing.
